How PropFit uses your data
PropFit checks whether you meet what a home asks for, and shows owners the answer, not your numbers. Here is who can see what.
Who can see what
- You
- Everything in your profile and Passport: what you told us, what was verified, and the history.
- Your household
- The same matches as you. Never your income, credit or documents.
- Owners and property managers
- Assertions only (“Income criterion verified ✓”) under a pseudonymous prospect name, before you apply. Never your numbers or documents unless you grant them in your Privacy center.
- Owners you grant access
- Only what you chose, only verified values, until the grant expires or you revoke it. Every look is logged.
- Verification providers
- Only what each check needs, when you start it.
- PropFit staff
- Support sees masked details; reviewers handle verification and privacy requests. Every staff access is logged and audited.
Signed in, the Privacy center lets you share verified details with one owner, download your data, or ask us to delete it. Questions? Write to us.
